I have seen posts about this brownie coming up all over and I finally gave it a shot and I am inlove! It is delicious! I have tried various mug cakes and protein-cake-like-things before and they were all pretty yucky. But this brownie is a definite winner! And super easy!
*What you will need:
-1 scoop of Whey protein (I used double rich chocolate flavour from Optimum Nutrition.
-1 Table spoon of cocoa powder
- 1/2 a teaspoon of baking powder
-6 Table spoons of milk ( I used unsweetened Almond milk)
*Mix all the dry ingredients and then add the milk.
* Pour it into a mug.
* Put it in the microwave for 30 seconds ( I like it moisty) , but if you want it dryer go for 45 seconds
* And then ENJOY!
Thanks Natasha share this information. Really very helpful article. A continuous loop involving sandpaper, or even a sanding belt, is usually drawn throughout the percussion to help sand or levels wood and also other resources.
